do cronusmax users stand out in resistance?

Im usually high up on kills but twice my number has been doubled. like 100 to 200. and the other two players numbers were nonexistent, basically, but still contributed a ton. i asked what gear is this, you crazy beast? no answer, just to send a friend request. cronusmax?
